To apply for membership in ASFCU, you must come to the
office.
This is necessary so that we may varify identity, and get your signature on required
forms.

To request that a copy of any of the following applications/forms be faxed or mailed to
you, just E-Mail us and let
us know which form(s) you need and we will get them to you as quickly as possible.
Please be sure to include the fax number or address we are to use to send the form(s)
back to you. Also, it would be helpful to have a phone number where you may be reached
during business hours, just in case we have questions.
